This buckwheat mix is a blend of premium light buckwheat flour, corn flour, and unbleached wheat flour, making the taste and color lighter than some other Buckwheat products.
The real sweet cream Buttermilk is already in the mix, so you can choose to just add water. Made from first grade unbleached, unenriched flour. This product does not use any synthetic colors or flavors.
Pancake Recipe: 2 Cups Pancake Mix + 1 ¾ Cups Cold Water (Optional: 1 Egg, and/or 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter)
Waffle Recipe: 2 Cups Pancake Mix + 1 ¾ Cups Cold Water + 2 Tbsp oil or melted butter + 2 Eggs
Unbleached Wheat Flour, Buckwheat Flour, Rye Flour, Dextrose, Sweet Cream Buttermilk, Monocalcium Phosphate, Sweet Whey, Sodium Bicarbonate, and Salt.
