Yoder Naturals coffee is carefully roasted in small batches in upstate South Carolina.
The Costa Rica Tarrazu is a medium roast that has notes of milk chocolate, honey, and hints of lemon.
1. Use freshly ground coffee.
2. Brew with water heated to between 195 and 205F.
3. Use 2 tablespoons coffee per 6 oz water, adjusting to taste.
4. Store whole bean coffee in an airtight container, out of direct sunlight, and away from heat, cold, and moisture.
